**_ How you will contribute:_**
- Collaborate with the Senior Operations Manager to develop new paid-tier support service offerings that align with local standards, including designing support processes and defining service SLAs based on company, merchant, and partner requirements.
- Participate and represent the Merchant Support Teams to ensure appropriate production support services are integrated into all final solutions.
- Prove excellent customer service support to sub-merchants.
- Resolve inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Prepare detailed reports on activities, service request volumes, and trends.
- Stay up to date with industry changes and ensuring adherence to compliance and regulatory standards.
- Other tasks that may be assigned by the Senior Operations Manager.

**_ What you bring to the table:_**
- Min of 3 years experience in operations/production support within B2B, merchant acquisition, or payment facilitator companies
- Diploma or Degree in business management or related programs
- Must be detail-oriented and comfortable in mathematical calculations.
- Intermediate to Advance Excel skills are required, and SQL skills are considered an asset.
- Strict adherence to business and regulatory policies is essential.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin
- Comfortable conversing with clients over the phone
- Ability to collaborate with internal teams, merchants, and acquiring banks.
- Understanding transaction data, identifying trends, and suggesting improvements.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced start up environment.
