Overview:
**Bilingual Human Resources Coordinator** contributes to PepsiCo Beverages Canada’s success by executing HR initiatives and policies. This position reports directly to the HR Operations Supervisor and will work with a team of HR Coordinators nationally to support 5,000 Employees.

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as SAP/MyHR systems support for Employees and Managers as required
- Provide pay/benefits issue resolution by liaising with the appropriate teams within the organization
- Reconcile, update, organize, and maintain benefits related items for Desjardins Retirees
- Responsible for managing the administration of Desjardins pension and benefit insurance plans
- Ensure accuracy of employee data within SAP and Employee Connect (MyHR)
- Processing CBA monthly payments along with adhoc incentive payments
- Establish strong relationships with the management and HR teams
- Assist with the pay execution of disability management programs (Short
- and Long-Term Disability, Worker's Compensation)
- Research, and resolve client issues, while proactively identify risks and provide proper escalation for high level resolutions
- Administer sign-on bonuses, tuition reimbursements, garnishments, and tax levies through our 3rd party systems
- Organize and led monthly payroll capability session for a large group of payroll administrators
- Support National HR Projects

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources
- College diploma required in Business or Human Resources, Bachelor’s Degree an asset
- Demonstrated experience with payroll & benefits administration
- Knowledge of HR and Payroll Systems: Kronos, SAP, MyHR
- Proven analytical, problem solving, conflict resolution and coaching skills
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills in a constantly changing, dynamic environment
- Strong communication skills including the ability to communicate with all levels within the organization
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision and make informed decisions
