The Cove Clinic is looking to add someone to our team. Our clinic currently is home to 5 family physicians, a walk in clinic, and mental health professionals. As our clinic continues to grow we pride ourselves on striving to provide quality care to our patients and community.
- Scheduling patients
- Answering/triaging patient calls
- Scheduling investigations
- Sending out referral letters
- Checking-in patients
- Maintenance of patient confidentiality
- Room turnover between patients, stocking rooms and maintaining cleanliness
- May need to explain investigations and test preparation
- Processing billings and taking payments

**Requirements**:
This position requires an efficient, well organized, individual with excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills who thrives in a multitasking environment. The ability to learn new concepts and to be able to learn the details of running a Primary Care office is essential if you are to be successful.

Requirements include:

- Ability to multi-task without losing attention to detail.
- General understanding of office technology
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work well with other members of the team.
- Good attention to detail
- A genuine interest in the patient's healthcare and well-being

**Compensation an Benefits**

A competitive salary will be provided based on experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $15.00-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
