Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bilingual Program Coordinator to support our program manager's day-to-day activities. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to effectively convey the corporate message in business development discussions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the program manager's day-to-day activities, ensuring minimal organizational exposure and risk to the program(s).
  • Work according to an established program plan, prioritizing tasks based on required deadlines.
  • Ensure program documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
  • Capture and report program learnings and outcomes for future reference.
  • Effectively communicate with stakeholders, including team members, program managers, and external partners.
  • Track lessons learned over the course of a program and share those lessons with team members as part of the program close-out process.
Requirements
  • Bilingual in French and English.
  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as energy/resource management or marketing.
  • Experience and strong interest in energy efficiency or environmental programs.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of energy efficiency and familiarity with relevant provincial residential and commercial incentive programs.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to effectively support multiple programs.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to work effectively cross-functionally, source information, obtain approvals, build relationships, and provide sufficient influence to achieve success.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
  • Access to a vehicle to conduct store visits, compliance checks, and delivery of materials for training.
  • Knowledge of MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Connect, and Google applications, and an aptitude for learning internal software and other relevant applications.
