Spinelli est à la recherche d’un(e) réceptionniste pour le concessionnaire Nissan situé à Pointe-Claire.

Spinelli, établi depuis 1922, est la référence en matière de qualité dans le domaine de l'automobile à Montréal.

**Horaire de travail**:

- lundi au jeudi de 14h à 21h
- vendredi de 12h à 18h
- 1 samedi sur 2, de 10h à 16h

**Principales Responsabilités**:

- Accueillir la clientèle et leur offrir une expérience client exceptionnelle
- Répondre aux appels téléphoniques de manière professionnelle et courtoise
- Coordonner la prise des rendez-vous avec les clients
- Inscrire les clients dans un registre de suivi et les diriger aux représentants des ventes
- Recevoir et traiter les paiements
- Effectuer un suivi rigoureux des dossiers clients

**Exigences**:

- Expérience antérieure en tant que réceptionniste ou dans un rôle similaire est un plus
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en service à la clientèle
- Maîtrise des outils informatiques et de la gestion téléphonique
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe
- Bonne connaissance de la suite Microsoft Office
- Bilinguisme : excellences aptitudes en communication en français et en anglais, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit

Spinelli is looking for a Receptionist for one of our dealership located in Pointe-Claire.

**Work Schedule**:

- Monday to Thursday, 2 p.m. to 9 p.m.
- Friday, 12 p.m. to 6 p.m.
- 1 Saturday out of 2, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers in a pleasant and professional manner
- Greet customers and provide them with an exceptional customer experience
- Answer telephone calls professionally and courteously
- Receive and process payments
- Coordinate the scheduling of appointments with customers
- Register customers in a follow-up register and direct them to sales representatives
- Carry out a rigorous follow-up of customer files

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is a plus
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Computer and telephone skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Bilingualism: excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English

Salaire : 18,80$ à 26,97$ par heure
