**THE ROLE**
The Deputy Manager Personnel Support Programs (PSP) plans, coordinates, manages, monitors, and evaluates the operations and delivery of specialty interest operations and applicable facilities. You plan, analyse, evaluate, formulate, develop, adapt and implement financial and administrative methods, procedures, standards and guidelines. You provide advice, guide and direct operations and managers in the day-to-day operation of the applicable facilities. You assist with development of budgets and business plans and monitor revenues and expenses. You administer, analyse and forecast budgets, expenditures and financial activities.

**QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED** Education, Certifications and Licenses**

College diploma or certificate in Business Administration or Recreation Services, or a related field, AND several years of experience in a related field

**Experience**

In planning, coordinating and managing business operations

In preparing marketing strategies

In business planning

In managing facilities

In personnel administration

In budget administration

**Competencies, Skills and Abilities**

Client focus, organizational knowledge, communication, innovation, teamwork and leadership.

**LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS**
English Essential, Bilingual an Asset
