**The Opportunity**:
The Front Office Coordinator at Symcor’s Enterprise Project Office supports the centralized project intake and governance process, ensuring data accuracy and quality in the EPO’s Investment Funnel. This role leads daily intake meetings, tracks incoming requests, generates reports for funnel visibility, and monitors key performance indicators. It plays a vital role in guiding initiatives from initial idea to delivery through the intake process.
This is a hybrid role with requirements to be on site 3 days a week, providing a balance between remote flexibility and in-person collaboration.
**About The Role**:
- Facilitate the Daily Intake Meeting (DIM) to support intake of new work.
- Managing the DIM mailbox and scheduling required attendees.
- Updating the FO JIRA Board and capturing meeting minutes, action items, and next steps.
- Ensuring initiatives have assigned Solution Consultants and Front Office Consultants.
- Manage requests submitted to the Front Office and Enterprise Change Request Mailboxes.
- Submitting and validating new project code requests for due diligence.
- Assigning resources to due diligence tasks in Project Professional.
- Maintaining accurate funnel entries in Project Online.
- Ensure data quality and reporting.
- Monitoring JIRA and Project Online for accuracy and compliance.
- Producing weekly Funnel Review Reports and monthly Operating Model Role Reports.
- Reporting on key performance indicators (e.g., estimation timeliness and variances).
- Support process improvement.
- Identifying and implementing opportunities to streamline reporting and workflows.
- Leveraging tools like Copilot, PowerAutomate, and Power BI to enhance efficiency.
- Handle administrative and ad-hoc reporting requests as needed, contributing to Front Office goals.
**What You Need to Succeed**:
**Education**:
- University Degree in Business or technology or equivalent work experience
**Experience**:
- 1 to 2 years’ experience with IT Methodologies (SDLC, Agile, ITIL, etc)
- MS Office Experience is required
- Project Management Experience an asset
**Skill requirements**:
- Business and technical writing
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Understanding of technologies and business practices related to project management
- Basic knowledge of MS Project Professional, Jira and Confluence an asset
- Basic knowledge in Power BI or Power Automate an asset
