- **Your Role**_

As the **Group Benefits Administrator**, you will contribute as part of our Administrative Team to support our clients in administrating their benefits programs. You will lead and execute the planning, billing, and quoting processes from start to finish. You will primarily liaise with the benefits provider to ensure all required paperwork is completed including prospect sheets and new enrollments. In addition, you will be responsible for researching benefit plans, negotiating with vendors, and resolving any benefit-related issues. Your job is to ensure all benefit programs are managed properly to maintain and enhance client satisfaction.

Along with your benefits administration experience, are meticulous, organized, self-sufficient, and have a passion for providing great customer service
- **Ideally, you bring the to the table..**_
- Minimum 3 years of benefits administration experience
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience ideally in the financial services/insurance experience
- CRM software experience
- Sound experience with MS Office Suite particularly MS Excel and Word with an aptitude for learning new technology
- Strong work ethic with a customer-focused philosophy
- Able to work comfortably with confidential information
- Have sound knowledge of regulations and benefits options
- Can work with strong attention to detail and is self-motivated while keeping organized and efficient
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, responding promptly to requests; effective telephone techniques; tact, courtesy, and patience
- Flexible and adaptable to change, with an understanding of the need to quickly change priorities and respond in a positive manner
- Critical thinking skills with a solutions-focused attitude
- **A strong asset if you have or are working towards your Certified Employee Benefit Specialist Designation**
