The St. Albert Community Health Centre is seeking to hire an experienced Administrative Support III to carry out activities in support of the Pediatric Community Rehabilitation (PCR) programs. Your key responsibilities will include reception duties, completing patient registrations, scheduling appointments, processing referrals as well as validating and inputting data. Your additional responsibilities include maintaining waitlists, generating reports, putting together various documents and correspondence, completing timekeeping, ordering and distribution of supplies and assisting with a variety of general activities in support of operations.
