**What we’ll love about you**:

- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2 years of prior experience in a Human Resources Administrator or Coordinator role.
- Familiarity with HR software systems and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Customer-service oriented with the ability to build positive relationships.
- Basic understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.

**What you’ll work on**:
As an HR Administrator at Steelcon, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Human Resources department. Ensuring the smooth functioning of HR operations by assisting with various administrative tasks related to recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and other HR processes.

**Skills and experience in**:
Administrative Skills, Recruitment and Onboarding, HR Documentation and Record-Keeping, Customer Service and Professionalism, Communication Skills, Knowledge of HR Principles and Employment Laws, attention to detail, problem solving and analytical skills, adaptability and time management, Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) or other HR software systems.
