This role will assist and support the team in all administrative tasks as well as assist other departments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Entry-level administrative position
- Working with various internal computer programs
- Assisting other departments when needed
- Multi-tasking
- Strong attention to detail
- Answer incoming calls, and respond to caller's inquiries in a positive, professional manner
- Redirect calls as appropriate and take clear, concise messages when required
- Arrange meeting room schedules and bookings
- Complete other duties as assigned
- To uphold and promote the organization's values and philosophy relating particularly to ethics, morality, and integrity as set out in Global Traffic Group’s Code of Conduct

**Qualifications**:

- 1-2 years minimum of general office experience an asset
- Above average interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
- Previous experience in reception is considered an asset
- Must exhibit professional and polished telephone manner
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at once, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
- Highly organized and detail focused
- Expertise in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, E-Mail)
- Ability to work in a team or individually
- Solid communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize and work under pressure
- Criminal record check required
