Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Appointment Coordinator. As an Appointment Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth scheduling and coordination of appointments for our clients. If you have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Schedule appointments for clients based on their preferences and availability
- Coordinate with clients and internal staff to ensure all necessary information is obtained for each appointment
- Manage and update appointment calendars to ensure accuracy and avoid conflicts
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering phone calls and responding to inquiries related to appointments
- Follow up with clients to confirm appointments and provide any necessary reminders or instructions
- Maintain accurate records of all appointments, cancellations, and rescheduling requests
- Collaborate with team members to optimize scheduling efficiency and client satisfaction

**Skills**:

- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate scheduling and coordination of appointments
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with appointment scheduling software
- Strong problem-solving abilities to address any scheduling conflicts or issues that may arise

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $16.00-$19.00 per hour
