- **Strong attention to detail and organization**. There are many intricacies to the service that we provide and they can be uniquely different to each client. Having an attention to detail and being organized will ensure we meet the expectations of our client.
- **Strong computer skills**. Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. While most of our systems are proprietary, it is important to that you are comfortable and proficient with computers.

**Preferred qualifications**:

- Post secondary certificate or degree in Office Administration or experience in lieu of
- Previous administrative and customer service experience

Some of the responsibilities of this position will be:
Greeting customers
Answers customer phone calls
Reserving hotels and car rentals
Dispatching Aviation fuel requests
Reconciliation of fuel sales and inventory
Reporting sales transactions daily
POS transactions and reconciliations

As part of the Carson Group of Companies we value work/life balance and as such, the position of CSR is a 4 on/4 off schedule with 9 hour shifts. We offer full benefits, RRSP contribution plan, clothing allowance and paid sick leave and team lunches. Starting wage is between $24/hr.
