- Ensure customer service standards are upheld when dealing with customer complaints, escalating to the department lead for out-of-scope issues.
- Send Store credits/ follow-up, which must receive within 24 hours
- Complete Ad reviews with corporate accounts and communicate to affected departments in a timely manner to ensure smooth execution.
- Communicate with team and customers on any adds or cuts to orders.
- Complete daily cost checks and verify accuracy of items ordered by customers based on internal changes or updates.
- Complete AD reviews as required for customers and internal teams
- Ensure proactive and continuous partnership with customers and corporate accounts to complete price checks, update product lists and price lists.
- Prepare and maintain all assigned pricing sheets, and tracking sheets while following the outlined programs and templates provided.
- Attend and participate in weekly corporate customer calls.
- Ensure weekly repeat orders are filled and submitted within outlined timeframes.
- Work with category management to ensure LOT numbers are collected for opportunity buys.
- Provide weekly item summary to category management team.

Working hours:
Sat-Thursday or Sun-Friday, 0700-1500 or 1600 depending on your availability.

**Salary**: $18.50-$20.00 per hour

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
