Position Summary
TTC is growing at a rapid pace, and we are currently seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to promote our messaging and drive conversions that support TTC's growth efforts. We are looking for someone with a proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales goals. Key tasks include appointment setting, conducting meetings, preparing presentations and proposals, and taking initiative in the sales efforts.
**Responsibilities**:
- Work closely with Client Service Directors to develop lead nurturing strategies
- Collaborate with Marketing on partner events, tradeshows, webinars, and more
- Develop and maintain relationships with regional technology partners
- Develop relationship with assigned prospects to ensure long term success
- Gain a working knowledge of IT and the latest software testing technologies
- Qualify leads, secure appointments, and support advancement in the sales cycle
- Update CRM (Salesforce) with status of website downloads, tradeshow lists, etc.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience within business development
- 1-2 Years of B2B sales experience in the Ontario market, preferably within IT
- Experience in selling services preferred, but not required
- Prove track record of progressing opportunities within sales cycle
- Ability to learn and utilize CRM system, preferably Salesforce
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
