**About the Role**

As a Product Manager at Fellow, you'll be a key driver in shaping our product. You'll leverage your expertise in B2B SaaS, best-in-class productivity tools, and emerging AI/LLM technologies to drive innovation throughout our platform. Your work will span from enhancing core features to developing cutting-edge AI capabilities.

You'll work closely with a cross-functional team, including our founders, to deliver world-class products to our customers worldwide. This is a fast-paced role in a dynamic environment where you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact across various areas of our product. This role requires a hacker mindset, a highly tactical and detail-oriented approach, and a GSD attitude. A deep understanding of user psychology will be key to your success.

We're a remote-first organization, but have offices and co-working spaces available throughout Canada in Ottawa (our HQ), Montreal, and Toronto where you can pop in to work with other team members if you want some in-person time Bonus points if you've worked remotely before and are excited about building a product that enables remote teams to work better together

**What You'll Do (i.e., Responsibilities)**:

- Develop and implement product strategies consistent with company vision
- Leverage data, customer insights, and a deep understanding of user psychology to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation
- Stay at the forefront of advancements in AI/LLM technologies and productivity tools, informing our product roadmap
- Conduct user research and customer interviews to help inform our strategy and validate use cases
- Prepare wireframes and detailed project briefs for each dev cycle (8 weeks), in collaboration with design and engineering leaders
- Define success metrics and continuously analyze feature performance
- Collaborate cross-functionally with data, design, qa, and engineering teams to design, develop, test, and launch new features and improvements.

**What We're Looking For (i.e., Qualifications)**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Manager in B2B SaaS
- BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or Finance
- Proven track record of successfully driving innovative product development in a high-growth tech company (bonus points for experience with productivity tools)
- Experience designing and optimizing AI-powered features, including prompt engineering and optimization
- Highly skilled in data analysis and statistical methods, and proficient in BI tools (e.g. Heap, Metabase)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
- Strong ownership mentality and ability to execute projects with mínimal oversight
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to write highly detailed product requirements
- Highly creative and innovative mindset with sixth sense for what users would want and use
