Associate Manager, Strategic Project Implementation
**Description:
- Permanent Full Time- Reporting to the Director, Business Systems & Automation the Associate Manager, Strategic Project Implementations primary responsibility is to support the senior management team in leading business change and driving projects and initiatives.- Implementing change has become increasingly difficult and requires focused leadership to be successful. The Associate Manager, Strategic Project Implementation will typically be involved in strategic projects having a significant impact to our Ops organization. The incumbent must demonstrate leadership and initiative, and will have highly developed communication, management, planning and facilitation skills.**What you will do**:
- Lead and/or participate directly in Strategic Projects that impact our Ops organization.
- Use your research and analysis skills to solve complex business and technical problems.
- Support department leaders by providing Leadership to Subject Matter Experts and Delivery teams for the duration of the Project.
- Co-ordinate / manage line of business projects affecting Insurance and Wealth Operations.
- Support and sponsorship of management decisions.
**What you will bring**:
- Strong knowledge of organizational processes (system interdependencies, business roles and responsibilities).
- 5+ years of experience in strategic delivery, with a proven track record of success in the financial services industry.
- A critical thinker that has attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- A proactive approach to collaboration with business partners, and stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects using strong time and task management skills.
- Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills.
- Self-starter who is innovative and accepting of and open to learning new ideas.
- Knowledge of Insurance and Wealth products and our business would be beneficial.
- Demonstrated creative and innovative approaches and solutions.
- Experience in project delivery methodology and stakeholder management is an asset.

- The base salary for this position is between $65,400-$108,900 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
