Senior Associate, Project Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate to join our Wealth Management Europe (WME) Technology and Solutions team in London, Edinburgh, Newcastle or Jersey. As a key member of our project delivery office, you will support programme teams and project managers to ensure successful project delivery and provide benefits to our business partners.
Job Description- Project Financial Management: Manage financial cost workbooks and resourcing forecasts for large programmes/projects led by WME Technology and Solutions. Create executive-level presentations on initiative financials.
- Collaboration and Implementation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage assigned deliverables/milestones, and identify potential issues, conflicts, and risks.
- Project Support: Assist project and program managers, document project assignments, track financial costs, report status, organize meetings, and document meeting minutes.
- Documentation and SharePoint: Create and maintain project artifacts, manage documentation in the project repository on SharePoint and Excel.

- Strong Written and Oral Communication Skills;
- Able to Determine Stakeholder Information and Communication Needs;
- Superior Organisational, Time Management Capabilities;
- Ability to Work with Minimum Supervision and Full Accountability.
