**Job Overview**
The Order Entry Receptionist will report to the Accountant. This position will be located at our growing manufacturing plant, located in Stoney Creek, ON.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Process sales orders accurately and promptly in Navision ERP system
- Complement and support the sales department with customer focused attention to new and existing clients
- Coordinate front-desk activities
**Specific tasks**
- Receive, review, and accurately enter customer orders and issue confirmations for SRP group companies
- Work with production and shipping departments to schedule and expedite shipments
- Diligently follow orders through to completion, working with appropriate parties to quickly resolve issues that delay timely processing
- Support and assist Customer Care Specialist
- Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
- Maintains telecommunication system according to procedures, update voice messaging system as required
- Maintains safe and clean reception area
- Receive, sort, and deliver daily mail
Other tasks and duties, as required
**Qualifications & Education Requirements**
- Business diploma
- 1-3 years related experience
- Must have strong knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Microsoft Dynamics NAV and CRM considered an asset
- Able to communicate effectively, both written and verbally, at all levels of the organization
- Positive attitude and willingness to grow and accept other duties
- High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results oriented
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
- Effective customer service experience
**Work environment**
- Day shift (8:00am - 4:30pm)
