**Join our Low-Rise Team as a Customer Care Associate**

Initial point of contact for homeowners following closing, including receipt and processing of Tarion warranty forms. Maintain schedules for technicians and trades regarding warranty repairs.

**What You Will Do**:

- Engage managers for escalations and schedule touch points accordingly
- Coordinates follow up activities with purchaser, construction and service/warranty teams for service warranty issues
- Receives, documents and communicates new home purchasers’ inquiries to appropriate trades and departmental associates and provides timely responses to the new home customer
- Enters and completes work orders in Newstar programs
- Tracks and follow up on work order completion and provide timely, accurate responses to inquiries

**What You Bring**:

- High school diploma or equivalency
- Some post-secondary, industry experience preferred
