**Job Title: Documentation Specialist**

Join our Current Financial Team as a Documentation Specialist and play a crucial role in maintaining and managing documentation processes with precision and care

**Summary of Core Responsibilities**
- Generating and sending out lease and loan documentation packages.
- Conducting due diligence, auditing files, managing deficiencies, and liaising with brokers and clients.
- Monitoring and maintaining assigned accounts, ensuring compliance with policies and a high level of customer service.
- Preparing and maintaining transaction files, including managing a diary system.
- Preparing relevant security documents and registrations, such as Persona Property Registrations.
- Managing documentation-related correspondence and working closely with legal counsel as needed.

**Core Competencies**

- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with systems like APPRESS or PPR registration is a plus.
