**Responsibilities**:

- Credit Analysis & Decisioning:_
- Assess the financial health of prospective clients and provide credit recommendations.
- Diligently analyze financial statements and conduct extensive due diligence to uphold our stringent credit policies.
- Actively monitor credit portfolios, identifying any potential risks, and formulating risk mitigation strategies.
- Partner with internal teams to address credit inquiries and disputes.
- Keep abreast of market trends and regulatory shifts that could influence credit strategies.
- Liase with our Broker partners.
- Documentation & Compliance:_
- Manage, draft and verify documentation for lease transactions, ensuring thoroughness and compliance.
- Conduct the necessary due diligence searches.
- Engage with clients and brokers to secure necessary documentation and address any deficiencies.
- Audit transactional documents to guarantee accuracy and adherence to approval stipulations.
- Submit completed files for funding.
- Oversee and refine documentation processes, contributing to systemic enhancements.

- Inherent willingness to assist across various departments within the organization.
- Superior communication skills, with a proven analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Proficiency in maintaining composure and efficiency in high-pressure situations and fast-paced work settings.
- Minimum of two (2) years' experience in finance, documentation, legal, or administrative capacities.
- Background in equipment leasing and financing will be considered a significant advantage.
- Prior experience as a legal assistant or paralegal, particularly in the fields of insolvency and restructuring, debt and foreclosures, or commercial litigation, will be highly valued.

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
