**Job Description**:
**What is the Opportunity?**:
The Coordinator, Examiner Training and Development provides administrative support for the professional development and quality assurance of members of The RCM College of Examiners.
**Main Duties & Responsibilities**:
Examiner Professional Development
- Coordinate ongoing online training and professional development activities and webinars for examiners.
- Coordinate in-person training and professional development workshops for examiners, including scheduling, locations, facilitators, catering, materials and travel.
- Track examiner participation in professional development activities and that all membership requirements are up to date.
- Coordinate process for examiners re-entering the College after an absence.
- Update and maintain examiner resources and training materials as needed.
Adjudicator Certification Program
- Support Discipline Specialists in the training and development program for new applicants to The RCM College of Examiners for theory disciplines.
- Track and record all participant information as they progress through their training.
- Prepare for the onboarding of successful applicants to The RCM College of Examiners in coordination with other members of The RCM Certificate Program team.
- Provide administrative and logístical support in the delivery of training for program participants in practical disciplines with other members of The RCM Certificate Program team.
Quality Assurance
- Organize regular quality assurance initiatives as directed by the Manager, Academic Office.
- Prepare and circulate quality assurance assignments to examiners.
- Collect and report results and examiner feedback to the Manager, Academic Office.
- Ensure all steps in the annual performance evaluation reports are fulfilled.
- Coordinate process of sampling marked theory exams for quality control.
Additional Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support during examination sessions as needed.
- Perform other duties as required.
**Job Requirements**:
**What We're Looking For**:
- University degree with a minimum of 2 years of progressive related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Background in arts administration is an asset.
- Music literacy is an asset.
- Familiarity with The RCM Certificate Program.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency for creating and delivering presentations, including a working knowledge of PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong service orientation; experience in a customer-facing role is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to organize, prioritize and multitask.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), SharePoint and Teams.
