**LES MISSIONS / YOUR MISSION**:
En tant que membre clé du comité de direction, vous serez responsable de superviser les actions marketing d'une scale-up internationale. Votre objectif principal est de développer et d'exécuter des stratégies de marketing qui augmentent la notoriété et la crédibilité de notre marque, qui favorisent l'acquisition de clients et génèrent des revenus. Vous rapporterez au Chief Operating Officer & cofondateur, et serez un membre stratégique du comité exécutif. Ensemble, nous allons amener le chiffre d'affaires de $35M à $150M en 3 ans.

Le rôle du Vice-Président du Marketing est de construire et diriger une équipe marketing de classe mondiale. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec divers départements et installerez une culture d'excellence en matière de marketing dans l'ensemble de l'organisation. Le plus important: vous serez garant d'une culture centrée sur les données, en veillant à ce que chaque décision soit fondée sur une analyse méticuleuse, une tactique destinée à propulser notre entreprise vers des sommets jamais atteints auparavantAs a key member of our Executive team, you will be responsible for overseeing the marketing practice of an international scale-up. Your primary goal is to develop and execute marketing strategies that increase brand awareness & credibility, drive customer acquisition, and generate revenue. You will report to the Chief Operating Officer & Co-Founder and become a strategic member of the executive committee. Collectively, we will increase the company's revenue from $35M to $150M in 3 years.

As the Vice President of Marketing, your role is to powerfully shape and spearhead a world-class marketing team. You will work in unison with diverse departments, fostering a spirit of collaboration, and instill a culture of marketing excellence throughout the organization. Most importantly, you will advocate for a data-centric culture, ensuring every decision is founded on meticulous analysis, a tactic destined to rocket our business to heights never seen before

**VOS RESPONSABILITÉS / YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Former une équipe de spécialistes en marketing agile et efficace, alignée sur les ambitions de l'entreprise.
- Définir et mettre en œuvre une stratégie marketing globale qui augmente la notoriété de la marque Potloc et l'acquisition de clients afin de soutenir la croissance des revenus sur nos marchés (y compris l'Europe, l'Amérique du Nord et le Moyen-Orient).
- Accroître le flux de revenus provenant de nos grands comptes.
- Développer et gérer un budget marketing qui garantisse une utilisation efficace des ressources et un retour sur investissement (ROI) élevé.
- Collaborer de manière transversales avec les équipes de ventes, produits et delivery pour adopter un positionnement stratégique qui stimule la croissance du chiffre d'affaires.
