We are currently seeking a strategic and dynamic Marketing Manager (M/F) to join our team. Reporting directly to the VP, Operations and Administration, the Marketing Manager will be instrumental in shaping our marketing strategies, driving brand awareness, and enhancing customer engagement.

**At CandorVision, your role will involve**:

- Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.
- Devise, translate, implement, and refine comprehensive B2B and B2B2C marketing strategies to build brand awareness, acquisition and retention of retailing partners, and patient loyalty.
- Drive the creative process and lead the marketing team to execute integrated campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.
- Understand and represent the audiences, both patient and health professional personas, to ensure that initiatives and messaging are accurate and impactful.
- Monitor, assess, and communicate the status and progress of all ongoing marketing campaigns and brand management initiatives to all stakeholders involved.
- Stay abreast of industry developments and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.

**What kind of skillset do you need to be successful in this role?**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field. MBA or Master's degree is an asset.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives. Experience leading a marketing team is a definite asset.
- Results oriented individual that takes ownership of responsibilities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage different projects simultaneously and work as part of a team while able to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills. Bilingualism EN/FR is an asset.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and Premiere Pro is an asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Experience in the cosmetics, healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
