**As a Coordinator, Database Services you will**:
- Work with the Manager, Database Services to provide database management and administrative support
- Maintain various databases using Microsoft Access and dRofus
- Assist with document control across multiple projects and databases
- Create documentation such as client reports, presentations and proposals as required
- Multi-task and prioritize deliverables to ensure deadlines are met
**Is this the right role for you?**
- You have related administrative experience (within a construction environment considered an asset)
- You have working knowledge of database management within Microsoft Access and dRofus (an asset)
- You have a keen eye to detail - big or small
- You are not afraid to ask questions of the overall project leaders and clients
- You are interested in furniture, fixtures and equipment, and major infrastructure
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to maintain a professional demeanor at all times with fellow employees, clients, service providers and suppliers
- You are a team player, committed to working in a values driven environment
