Overview:
Ten Yad is seeking a part-time office manager who lives in or Near Ottawa, Ontario. This position is virtual with flexible hours, amounting to approximately **16 to 20 hours a month.**

There is some but very mínimal travel within Ottawa.

**Duties**:

- Manage all administrative tasks, including data entry and document preparation
- Handle client and donor management
- Communicate effectively with directors and vendors
- Maintain accurate records

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in QuickBooks (or similar software), Word, Excel and Gmail.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Previous experience in an administrative or office management role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 10 per week
