Our
**Vancouver HR team** are seeking an
**HR Administrator** to fulfill a temporary contract.

**Responsibilities**:
This temporary role will provide clerical support as part of a merger and rebranding. Responsible for the re-branding of a package of approximately 1000 documents. The HR Admin will work in line with new brand guidelines to bring our existing documents to the new standard and ready for use by the business in time for our January transition.

The contract is expected to run for approximately 1 month.

Qualifications:

- 1-2 years experience in an administrative or clerical role
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word.
- Ability to produce quality documents quickly and to company standards using templates
- Highly proactive, organized, able to multi-task and prioritize to meet deadlines
- Detail oriented and takes pride in the standards set
- Mature attitude and professional demeanor
