We are looking for a Manager, Analytics Value Delivery, who will report to the Manager, Analytics & AI CoE, and who’ll be tasked with leading the analytics teams to design, build, deploy and maintain analytics products. As part of your role, you’ll be significantly contributing to enable the use of analytics products to drive data-driven decision-making and to deliver valuable insights to stakeholders while contributing to lead and shape the analytics strategy for the organization. You’ll be at the forefront of delivering a wide range of analytics products to help the business becoming leaner while increasing productivity and performance.

**YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO**:
Lead and oversee effectively cross-functional analytics delivery teams in an agile scrum framework to ensure successful implementation of analytics products.

Operate the development and the execution of the analytics roadmap, while setting goals, effectively manage timelines and aligning analytics initiatives with business objectives.

Demonstrate strong communication and relationship-building skills that are fundamental to collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the analytics function while being proactive in identifying process optimization, automation, and the adoption of emerging technologies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of analytics delivery.

Leverage the ability to implement robust performance monitoring and reporting mechanism to track and communicate the impact/value of analytics initiatives on business outcomes.

Continue nurturing and developing high-performing delivery teams, while transcending a culture of learning and development.

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
**Data Analytics**: Strong proficiency in data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization.

**Machine Learning and AI**: Understanding of machine learning algorithms, predictive modeling, and artificial intelligence techniques.

**Business Intelligence Tools**: Experience with business intelligence tools like Power BI, Tableau or QlikView.

**Analytics Development Processes**: Experience in improving, transforming and/or setting up analytics product’s development processes.

**Leadership and Team Management**: strong leaderships skills to guide and motivate the teams while fostering collaborative and high-performance culture.

**Communication and Presentation**: excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex analytics concept to technical and non-technical stakeholders while leveraging your presentation skills to deliver impactful insights and recommendations.

**Problem-Solving**: ability to think strategically and translate business goals into analytics initiatives to influence strategic direction.

**Collaboration and Influence**: ambition to collaborate across departments, build relationships and be comfortable in working in a cross-functional environment.
