**Job Description**:
General Mills is developing a best-in-class Strategic Revenue Management (SRM) capability that is critical to driving General Mills performance now and into the future. An integral part of this capability is developing scaled strategy and analytics to inform and measure revenue optimization opportunities. The team is seeking a SRM Analyst that will play the crucial role of partnering across functions, segments and levels, to maintain and improve the strength of the category they are responsible for.

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**
Strategy development of key SRM levers to off offset PNL Inflation (Customer and COGS) and maximize PNL health (RNS+RNS/Case, GM, GM%)
- Lead: Pipeline/future fiscal Trade Strategy Optimization, Net Pricing, Market Strategies
- Co-Lead: PPA, Terms (MNU, Slip, Listing Fees, Agreements) for future fiscal year(s)
- Co-Leads Product/Channel Mix for future fiscal year(s)
Development and implementation of Revenue Management Go To Market Strategies:
- Dynamic/Rolling 3yr SRM Roadmap/Pipeline by each lever
- Quarterback ALL SRM levers with key Business Partners
- Develop and Commercialize SRM strategy for upcoming fiscal year across each SRM lever (before passing to Market Strategy Team for in year execution/commercialization)
- Supporting BU customer centricity as a key connection point to Sales for fiscal year planning
- SRM Strategic Development that impacts PMR and Gate
Lead fiscal year SRM and Customer Planning
- Development and roll out of SRM Strategy Targets and Tools (i.e. Planning Binders, Plan on a Page, Target files, etc)
- Liaison with Sales on strategy development and lead Integrated Business Planning check-ins (Business Collaboration Sessions/Commercialization/etc) with Sales & BU
- Oversee entire Customer Fiscal Year Planning Cycle with key stakeholders (Sales, BU, Finance)
**QUALIFICATIONS TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE**
- Highly stress-resistant, & adaptable to a fast pace moving / dynamic working environment, possessing the ability to move with agility

- Strong strategic thinking & business acumen, analytical & execution skills
- Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize (well organized)
- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate well across cross functional teams and the org
- Strong communicator (excellent command of verbal and written skills)
- Self-motivated and can-do spirit
- A degree holder in Marketing/Business or related discipline
- At least 3 years trade marketing or channel development experience in the FMCG industry
- At least 1 years with Sales OR Sales/SRM Finance experience in the FMCG industry
