Indigo is proud to promote an exciting opportunity for a Revenue Management and Bi Manager. The role will be based at Canada’s largest Airport during an exciting time of recovery. This is an opportunity to work on a $200M+ business and have direct input and responsibility to generate millions of dollars of impact. This role will play an important role influencing the 4Ps with an emphasis on Price through dynamic pricing and product development through advanced digital and ecommerce solutions.

In addition to the above the role will manage and guide our GTAA Data Scientists, Commercial Analysts, and work closely with the GTAA and Airport operations teams to create, implement and drive incremental revenue management and BI initiatives. The key aim will be to drive revenue growth, understand our customers better and drive internal efficiencies whilst delivering analytical services to GTAA as per required.

This person is also responsible for analysing complex business problems using internal and external data to provide strategic business insight, as well as identifying and interpreting data trends and producing reports. The person will be a key leader for the team who uses effective data analysis and people management skills to drive results at the GTAA

In addition to the above, proficiency in analysing, manipulating, reviewing, and presenting large amounts of data is important. Ability to use various Business intelligence tools to provide insights to the business. Delivery of recommendations on price and product through deep analysis to generate additional top line revenue and/or cost efficiencies. Be the Business Intelligence Champion for the GTAA and liaise/work with fellow Champions across all Indigo Countries and external clients to maintain high standards. Assist in the on-going development of advanced analytical tools within the company and provide training to all levels of competence.

**DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Lead, motivate and develop members of the team and drive results.
- Increase revenue across the GTAA by analysing and extracting insight from multiple sources of data.
- Analyse complex business problems and provide strategic and actionable recommendations through business insights.
- Responsible for the integration to Indigo Analytics and assist in the on-going optimisation of products and prices for any new software’s at the GTAA including Advanced Ecommerce and digital solutions.
- Understand market dynamics, pricing trends and research and log all findings including competitor database and special events.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders and technical experts to identify revenue enhancement opportunities and operations efficiencies.
- Maintain and create analytical reports and dashboards to monitor trends and detect outliers. This includes being responsible for the accuracy, quality & timeliness of all fixed/ad hoc reporting and dashboards.
- Assist in developing a long-term Bi and REV MAN strategy for the GTAA to remain at the cutting-edge within the data industry.
- Ensure the development of dynamic and visual reporting that clearly communicates trends and makes logical recommendations for the future.
- Leverage strong business acumen, presentation, and communication skills to create and present analysis in a relevant, consumable, meaningful and insightful ways.
- Manage and sign off the build of new reports and dashboards to a high standard for distribution to the GTAA and local operations teams.
- Responsible for the maintenance of pricing tables, pricing structures and hierarchies, data cleansing, quality control, and account securities for GTAA.
- Any other duties and responsibilities required as the needs of the business change at the GTAA.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Economics, Statistics, Maths or Computer Science.

**Experience**:

- 5 years + of experience in a revenue/yield management role, preferably in a leadership capacity.
- Strong experience in using visualisation tools - MS Powerbi, IBM Tm1/Cognos, Tableau etc
- Strong commercial product and pricing skills. B2C customer analysis and pricing recommendations
- Demonstrated knowledge of converting large amounts of multi-faceted data into meaningful reports.
- Strong data visualization skills and experience using various visualization tools. Experience with PowerBI/Tableau/IBM Cognos Bi or similar required.
- Knowledge of IBM SPSS Predictive Analytics / IBM PAL is preferred, including linking of data sources, building cubes, and monitoring of chores.
- Track history of collaborating with large clients and implementing Bi and advanced analytics solutions.

**Skills**:

- Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
- Advanced MS Office user, with a particular emphasis on advanced Excel skills (look-up functions, VBA macros, complex logical statements, charts pivot tables, etc.).
