We cover the 4 Atlantic Provinces for both Commercial and Industrial Manufacturers. Our main business Partners are Electrical Wholesalers. We interact regularly with all Electrical Industry segments including but not limited to Federal & Provincial Government departments, Engineering Firms, Utilities, Contractors, Safety, etc.

We are currently looking for an experienced finance/accounting person to join our company.

This would be someone capable of managing all financial duties with accuracy, a minimum of supervision and maintaining the upmost of confidentiality for a small sized company. A proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word programs would be an asset.

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- ACCOUNTS PAYABLE
- ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE
- PAYROLL
- MANUFACTURERS SALES/COMMISSIONS
- GROUP BENEFITS ADMINISTRATION:

- CASH MANAGEMENT
- GENERAL JOURNAL
- GENERAL LEDGER
- All MONTHLY Transaction
- ANNUAL Year End

**REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS**:

- College Diploma in Accounting, Commerce or Finance.
- Minimum of 2 years of progressively responsible technical accounting support experience as a financial or accounting clerk
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Financial administration and service
