We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a **Recruitment and Administration Coordinator**.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Assist in the execution of HR policies and procedures that support the accomplishment of the organization’s strategic goals
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires and represent the HR department in delivery of presentation of benefits and HR materials
- Recommend and implement learning and professional development programs
- Data entry, file maintenance, recordkeeping, and administrative duties
- Provide back-up coverage for the administrative assistant position
- Assist with management of building maintenance and security
- Assist with planning and organizing staff meetings and special events

**Requirements include**:

- Post-secondary education in Human Resources or combination of relevant education and experience will be considered
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Human Resources processes and administrative tasks
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the demonstrated ability to build positive relationships at all levels of the organization
- Excellent organizational, time management, prioritization and multi-tasking skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and are adept at learning and adapting to new technologies and software as required
- Fluent French/English (an asset)
