About the Role
LineZero is looking for passionate and results-driven individuals to join our sales team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for B2B outbound efforts to ultimately build connections with prospective clients. This is an amazing opportunity to not only crack open your sales career, but to potentially grow into an Account Executive position for full cycle sales
**Responsibilities and Duties**:
- Source new business and revenue through outbound prospecting efforts
- Proactively scheduling sales meetings through outreach
- Generate interest through outbound efforts
- Participate in weekly sales meetings to gain valuable feedback
- Identify the needs and challenges of prospective clients
- Schedule qualified conversations for Account Executives
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals to drive overall business growth
**Qualifications**:
- 1-2 years of professional experience
- Prior experience in client facing roles, sales or retail environments
- Experience performing inside sales and making outbound phone calls
- Exceptional communication & active listening skills
- Go-getter personality with a positive outlook
- Motivated by meeting and exceeding goals
- Strong prioritization, time management and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, high-volume environment
- Thrives under pressure and enjoys working in a highly results-driven environment
- Passionate about sales and technology - no need to be a tech expert.
