Clinic Administrative Manager

**Job Overview**
**Duties**
- Manage the administrative functions of the clinic, ensuring efficient operations and adherence to policies and procedures.
- Oversee the management of electronic booking system, ensuring seamless changes and adaptation to meet both the aesthetician and clients needs.
- Ensure that all purchased products via online and store front are documented and communications within the clinic.
- Collaborate with aesthetician to improve workflow to enhancing overall client experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment by cleaning prior to and after the work day.
- Maintain an up to date inventory, ship online orders, answer calls adhering to scheduling and appointments.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as an Administration Manager or similar role within a professional setting.
- Strong knowledge of IOS systems and Google drive.
- Excellent organization skills with a keen attention for details.
- Prior experience in a professional environments is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 24 per week
