Interior HomeCare Solutions is looking for a Program Coordinator to work in our Community division.

The Program Coordinator will manage our community program and provide direction to ensure that the goals and objectives of the organization are met, provide planning, coordination and liaise with various individuals and offices. The coordinator will also be responsible for hiring, management processes and supervision of staff. The Program Coordinator will also be required to adhere to CARF standards by maintaining an organized working environment.

Qualifications Required/Preferred:

- Degree/Diploma in a related human/social service field
- Three (3) years recent related experience, including one (1) year supervisory or administrative experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
- An understanding of, or experience with, Community Living BC policies and procedures
- Criminal Record Check through our company
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Resume with 3 references including a former employer
- A valid BC class 5 driver’s license with a clean drivers abstract
- Excellent communication skills
