**Wage** **Range**:$32.79 up to $37.64 based on education and related experience.\

**Position Summary**:Under** **the** **direction of** **the** **Director of Health and Recovery Services coordinate the** **activities **of** **the** Maverick Supportive **Recovery** Program within **a multi-disciplinary team to provide recovery support. In collaboration with the ASK Wellness Society Officers, Directors and Coordinators work to ensure standardization of systems, identification of efficiencies, integration of performance improvement strategies and client and employee satisfaction. Service delivery is based on a client centered, non-judgmental perspective.**

**Specific Responsibilities**
- Work with the Supportive Recovery Program/Team and liaison as needed, with Phase Three staff to create and facilitate an addiction and recovery support curriculum for Program Participants;
- Assist to facilitate triage and screening of all individuals seeking help through the recovery program. Conduct risk assessments to determine the type of services needed and explain services offered, providing relevant mental health support, and recommending/referring other forms of support/community service options;
- Program development and facilitation;
- Billing SDPR;
- Participate in client selection meetings to ensure appropriate program referrals and bed utilization;
- Ensure case-notes, statistics and operational information is noted and appropriately shared with the Society Officers, Directors and Coordinators, Property Services and Finance;
- Responsible for program fee collection and managing vacancy loss;
- Review and submit all staffing time sheets, expenses, and time off requests;
- Set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company’s plans and vision and communicate them to all reporting employees;
- Organize schedules, workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks;
- Work in collaboration with Human Resources to recruit, interview and train new employees;
- Monitor employee productivity, case notes, and provide constructive feedback and coaching;
- Report any staffing concerns or issues to the Director of Health and Recovery Services
- Coordinate the Maverick Team to provide individualized support, as needed, to multiple barriered clients and to assist them in maintaining their recovery, and housing;
- Conduct Individual Case Management meetings with all Participants to ensure compliance with program agreement, vocational plan, and mental health and addictions wellness plan;
- Liaise with key community caregivers regarding necessary support systems for the clients including financial and life skills programming;
- Encourage and support Program Participants to develop a personal Service Plan, by providing information, emotional/practical support and training when needed
- Assist with the development and delivery of life skills to promote independent living including providing crises intervention and/or referral to other community supports. This includes transporting clients to and from activities;
- When necessary, be trained to be the first to respond to an overdose situation with on-the-spot overdose response and support; work calmly and together with your team, paramedics, and police in crisis situations;
- Work with your team to assist with meal service/preparation, and common area cleanliness;
- Ensure compliance with all Society supportive standards
