Looking for full-time permanent real estate Administrative Assistant. Previous experience in real estate is a must for this position.

Looking for an experienced, computer savvy, self-starter Admin Assistant for a busy real estate team. Incumbents in this job may perform all or portions of the following duties and responsibilities.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Database Management
- Liaising with Website company to keep up the on line profile through social media outlets such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Broker Load - input MLS listings, upload photos, scan documents, process new listing documents (price changes, extensions), etc., enter listing information and appointment instructions into Broker Bay
- Offers - preparation of offers, amendments, waivers and other related forms/ documents as well as submitting all completed deal paperwork
- Overseeing and organizing photo shoots and home staging for new listings
- Organizing and arranging showings and after sale appointments
- Managing Commissions

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1 year working admin experience in a real estate office
- Strong command of the English language (both written and verbal)
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Excellent organization & time management skills
- Superior customer service skills, including excellent telephone manner
- Experience using Broker Bay, TRREB, WEBForms/Authentisign

Salary commensurate with experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
