- Must be a people person and Real Estate experience is a bonus but not necessary
- Send out reports/information as requested by leads
- Agent calendar management
- Daily management of Buyer/Seller programs
- Troubleshoot for operation of computers, printers, fax machines, photocopiers and office phonesystem
- Client care follow up calls on a daily basis
- Must be proficient in microsoft office programs
- Deliver feature sheets, marketing materials, lockboxes and any other items the team requires
- Track all leads on designated spreadsheet
- Generate a list of showings that have taken place on entire team’s listings in the previous 24 hours
- Place phone calls to past clients once a week until 9pm (can arrive at 1pm on these days)
- Help the agents in whatever way possible to make them more efficient
- Communicate with leadership group daily to see what can be done to help them
- Book market review appointments for agents with client
- Attend all team meetings as requested
- Update contact information for past clients
- Provide administrative duties where needed

**Salary**: $36,000.00-$75,000.00 per year

- North Bay, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
