**Job Description**:
Reporting to the CAL Manager, the CAL Student Support Officer will provide support for various administrative and student facing tasks.

The incumbent will meet with students without documentation and will support them in accessing documentation as well as CAL services. They will also provide support to the CAL team by gathering statistical information, generating reports and maintaining all CAL forms and documents.

As support for the BSWD Coordinator, they will assist with the processing of BSWD students’ requests, as well as assisting in the coordination of supports for students who are Deaf/Hard of Hearing.

The incumbent will provide support with Huddle and meeting bookings and minute taking for the CAL team. They will assist with form updates and helping to maintain forms and groups in TEAMS.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of a four (4) year degree or equivalent in Social Sciences, Social Work, Education, Disability Studies, Psychology;- Minimum of three (3) years experience working directly with persons with disabilities, specifically students.

Anticipated Weekly Schedule: will be determined upon hire; shifts will be between 8:30am-4:45pm
