The Territory Manager will be responsible for providing sales coverage within their defined Territory and ensure complementary coordination with AFB NAM Service, AFB Global as well as local Andritz entities.

**Major responsibilities are listed but not necessarily limited to the following duties**:

- Together, with Regional Sales Manager, define and set yearly CAP and AFM sales & expense budgets for the territory
- Responsible for setting and implementing strategies to achieve the agreed sales & expense budgets
- Develop strategies at all accounts to ensure competitive position and maximize order intake
- Develop, cultivate, track, report and pursue all Andritz FB sales opportunities in the assigned territory
- Develop and build relationships by direct interface with customer locally (at mill) and corporate levels (as appropriate)
- Develop and build relationships by direct interface with local engineering firms within the assigned territory
- Provide technical support & on-call response to customers
- Perform technical tasks such as reading drawings, identifying mechanical, installation, or construction defects and problems, and troubleshoot poor performing equipment
- Assist Customer Account Manager (CAM) in identifying parts needed for repair, rebuild, or warranty prior to service work date
- Develop and lead sales presentations and manage negotiations as required
- Proactively follow up on all Capital (CAP) and Aftermarket (AFM) leads and sales proposals and document both in CRM
- Actively participate in on-site assistance for start-ups and complex repair work as needed
- Timely completion of standard service reports, invoicing packages, and other administrative requirements
- Develop and maintain capital order "hotlist" covering outstanding proposals as well as comply with Andritz CRM requirements
- Must be located in territory** **and have experience working from a home office with ability and expectation to travel (50-70%).
- Must be computer literate using Microsoft Office package, as well as familiarity with other office suites/databases to include competency to use CRM program(s)
- Bachelor/ Master’s degree is preferred
- Product knowledge of Pelleting/Agglomeration and Hammermilling/Size Reduction
- Computer, Web and Internet skills
- Communication & Presentation skills
- Several years of experience in the Feed and Biofuel (or related) Markets selling Capital and Aftermarket products and services
- Experience working within a global and highly matrixed organization
