We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Superintendent at Asset Strategy Inc. to oversee infrastructure inspection projects in Western Canada.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills and have a comprehensive understanding of overseeing in-field assessment projects and processes, as well as experience with office work such as data analysis, report writing, and planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide supervision of daily operations on project sites for infrastructure assessment projects, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and project specifications.
  • Collaborate with project managers and engineers/technologists to efficiently conduct assessments of steel poles, concrete foundations and sidewalks, asphalt roads, buildings, and other infrastructure assets.
  • Utilize inspection software for locating assets, collecting data, project tracking, and reporting.
  • Maintain accurate records of project progress, including daily reports and documentation of any issues encountered.
Requirements
  • Familiarity with estimating techniques and budgeting practices.
  • Experience using cloud-based data collection systems and Microsoft Office software is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in quality control measures.
