**Job Summary**: Asset Strategy Inc. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Supervisor to oversee infrastructure inspection projects within our Operations branch. The ideal candidate must possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of overseeing in-field assessment projects and processes.

The successful Project Supervisor will be responsible for supervising on-site operations, coordinating with client representatives, and maintaining effective communication with all team members. Our inspections (in-field) take place on client sites across western Canada, requiring frequent travel to various locations.

Duties:

  • Provide supervision of daily operations on project sites for infrastructure assessment projects, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and project specifications.
  • Collaborate with project managers and engineers/technologists to efficiently conduct assessments of steel poles, concrete foundations and sidewalks, asphalt roads, buildings, and other infrastructure assets.
  • Utilize inspection software for locating assets, collecting data, project tracking, and reporting.
  • Conduct regular quality control inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and project requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Superintendent or in a similar supervisory role within the Canadian infrastructure industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.
  • Proficiency in understanding engineering specifications and work procedures.

We offer a competitive salary range of **$62,050.00-$94,625.00 per year**, depending on experience. Additional benefits include company events, dental care, employee assistance program, extended health care, life insurance, on-site parking, and vision care.

This is a full-time, permanent position with a typical work schedule of 3 weeks on and 1 week off. However, this may vary depending on project scope and location. You will spend approximately 9 months at our head office in Regina, Saskatchewan, where planning, data analysis, reporting, and other forms of office work will occur.
