Construction Quality Manager

STRABAG Inc., is a subsidiary of STRABAG SE, a European-based technology group for construction services. STRABAG Inc. has extensive experience in large-scale underground hard and soft ground construction projects. We provide expertise in ground engineering and tunnel excavation with qualified personnel.

STRABAG is actively seeking a Construction Quality Manager for our Canadian division, where he/she can utilize their extensive knowledge to contribute to the continued success and growth of the organization. The Construction Quality Manager will be responsible for developing, maintaining, communicating and monitoring the implementation of the project Construction Quality Management Plan and the associated processes.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Develop, review, revise, and implementation of the Construction Quality Management Plan;
- Schedule & conduct construction quality audits;
- Supervise the construction quality team;
- Monitor the development and implementation of Inspection and Test Plans and schedule & conduct regular audits;
- Work closely with the construction and design team members to ensure the Non-conformance are addressed effectively;
- Identify & flag construction deficiencies throughout the construction phase;
- Lead the development of the monthly Quality Management System Report;
- Develop and deliver onboarding and quality training as required;
- Report to the Quality Director.
- Promote STRABAG to all associated with the organization/project by demonstrating professional skill and a high standard of fairness and integrity;
- Assist the Quality Director in promoting Quality Culture throughout the Organization;
- Assist with deployment of various continual improvement initiatives and facilitate workshops;
- Participate in proposals and tenders for new projects; and
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**
- 10 years’ experience in overseeing the construction quality of large projects within the field of rail and transit, transportation and infrastructure;
- A bachelor’s degree in construction, civil engineering;
- Successfully completed an ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor Course from a recognized certification body.

The employee may require to visit construction site.

**Salary**: $130,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
