About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at MJ.K. Construction Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractor activities to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed
  • Plan and organize daily operations to meet project deadlines and budgets
  • Select and manage trade subcontractors to ensure high-quality work
  • Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates and manage project finances
  • Hire and supervise activities of subcontractors to ensure compliance with project requirements
  • Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion
  • Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control to ensure high-quality work
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schemas, and drawings to ensure accurate project execution
  • Plan and manage budgets to ensure project financial stability
  • Direct the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions to ensure timely project delivery
  • Develop and implement quality control programs to ensure high-quality work
  • Develop risk management plans to mitigate potential project risks
  • Oversee the analysis of data and information to inform project decisions
  • Prepare reports to stakeholders to ensure transparency and accountability
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager who can lead our team to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget. You will have a strong background in construction project management, with experience in managing large-scale projects and leading teams.

Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in construction project management
  • Strong knowledge of construction project management principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Valid driver's license
