Key Responsibilities:

* Coordinate and manage the activities of subcontractors and staff
* Evaluate and improve daily operations to ensure project efficiency and quality
* Plan and organize project schedules, milestones, and budgets
* Select and manage trade subcontractors
* Prepare and submit project budget estimates
* Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers
* Plan and manage project budgets
* Direct the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions
* Develop and implement quality control programs
* Develop risk management plans
* Oversee the analysis of data and information
* Prepare reports

Requirements:

* Bachelor\u2019s degree in a related field
* 5 years or more of experience in construction management
* Strong leadership and project management skills
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
