About the Role

Maimaar Construction Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Coordination: Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Subcontractor Management: Coordinate and manage the activities of subcontractors, ensuring they meet project requirements and deadlines.
  • Quality Control: Establish and implement quality control programs to ensure high-quality construction work.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Foster effective communication and collaboration with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and other team members.
  • Budgeting and Cost Management: Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective construction methods and materials.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in construction project management or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong project management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 37.5-hour workweek. The work environment is fast-paced, with tight deadlines and a focus on attention to detail.
