Job Title: Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at Bird Construction Group.

Job Summary:

The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, organization, and execution of construction projects from start to finish. This includes developing and implementing project schedules, budgets, and quality control measures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and organize daily operations to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates and monitor progress.
  • Hire and supervise activities of subcontractors to ensure high-quality work.
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Oversee the analysis of data and information to inform project decisions.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to stakeholders, including project status, budget, and quality control metrics.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in construction project management.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and ability to analyze data and information.
