**You are unique and stand out with your**:

- DEC in office automation, secretarial or a relevant field
- 5 to 8 years experience in a similar position
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong work ethic and professionalism
- Thoroughness and attention to detail

- Curiosity, versatility and adaptability

**Pursue your career within a management boutique where you will have the following responsabilities**:

- Support the work of the President and targeted persons by providing support with activities such as managing agendas, scheduling meetings, preparing documents, etc., and resolving administrative or operational issues.
- Assist identified committees in all of their responsibilities, in the evolution of various mandates or files and follow up with the various stakeholders
- Analyze incoming correspondence and identify actions, draft and sign general correspondence
- To identify urgencies and priorities in order to support the President and targeted individuals in managing their workload effectively
- Coordinate and support travel arrangements (transportation, accommodation, etc.)
- Participate in the organization of meetings, attend them, take note of the exchanges and write minutes reflecting the spirit of the discussions and decisions made and ensure follow-up
- Participate in business development: attend the business development committee and follow up on actions, develop and maintain the business network, contribute to the preparation of service offers
- Carry out various activities related to the proper functioning of the office
- Work in close collaboration with other members of the administrative support team
