**About Fox Real Estate**:
Fox is bringing hospitality to residential real estate. We are a young real estate marketing and leasing firm that helps real estate owners lease up their residential rental properties quickly and at top-of-market rents. Additionally, (as of Sept 2023) we manage 3 properties with fully furnished apartments in Downtown Montreal, one of which is Chelsea House, a high end student residence near Concordia & McGill. We are non-traditional, we work hard, use tech in order to get things done faster than the norm. We pride ourselves on offering _unique_ products to our clients.

We are currently expanding our operations to the US and are looking for someone based in Montreal with an entrepreneurial mindset looking to join our growing startup at the foundational level. **Main tasks**
- Work hand in hand with CEO to keep him focused on the priority tasks at hand
- Follow up with all deliverables from suppliers & team members in order to ensure meeting deadlines;
- Ensure that an exceptional brand image and customer experience is maintained
- Adhere to project timelines and budget allocations
- Be vigilant and reactive and quickly address any problematic situation to the CEO and department heads in order to not lose momentum.
- Assist in preparation for client meetings by preparing meeting materials such as meeting agendas, summaries, etc.
- Develop and maintain professional working relationships with vendors, suppliers, co-workers, etc.

**Expertise required**
- Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken
- 5+ years experience in a real estate executive admin position
- Proficiency in the real estate industry (an asset)
- Excellent social and people skills
- Mastery of technology (3D visit) and the following software, but not limited to: Windows, Excel, Gsuite, Hubspot.
- Ability to work under pressure and with tight deadlines
- Autonomy and good adaptability

**Conditions offered**
